Fees

Legal services provided by Bartley & Spears, P.C. are generally charged on an hourly basis plus expenses incurred. Although billing rates vary between $150.00 and $300.00 per hour depending upon the particular matter to be handled, the legal services provided on behalf of homeowners, townhome and condominium owners associations are customarily charged at the rate of $150.00 per hour of attorney time expended.
