Fees

Legal services provided by Bartley & Spears, P.C. are charged on an hourly basis plus costs and expenses incurred. Although billing rates for our attorneys vary between $250.00 and $350.00 per hour depending upon the particular matter to be handled, the legal services provided on behalf of homeowners, townhome and condominium owners associations are customarily charged at the rate of $250.00 per hour of attorney time expended.

We provide monthly status reports to property managers at no charge.
